A flashgun as a non lethal improvised weapon

Can blind 4-8 people even, maybe.
-They won't see anything for around 20-50 seconds.

Multiple flashes possible.

Important: No lasting damage. So some research is needed.
And some research how well it works in the day.
Maybe making a version which switches from light settings to settings when it's dark.

Knowledge, if needed, a cover might be needed for a normal camera flashgun, for getting it at the highest flash.

Works very well when it's dark outside.

Tactic, dark room. Flashgun will have more effect.

 A method which might have been used sometimes. - Putting multiple photo's in one image. And most of the photo's are from the real person. But some photo's are from another person or other people which look like that person. -Made small enough, or pixelated enough in total so difference which were visable became invisable  so it looks like only one person is on all the photo's -Mainly strange or damaging photo's might have been used to give the person a bad name.
