Filming proof stealthed, when it's dark

This is possible with a small infrared (IR) camera with a small display.
The light won't be visable but it's posible to film and see around with the display of the camera, because of the infrared lightsource.
-The display should be dimmed though.

But some photo's are from another person or other people which look like that person. -Made small enough, or pixelated enough in total so difference which were visable became invisable  so it looks like only one person is on all the photo's -Mainly strange or damaging photo's might have been used to give the person a bad name.
